Let's Collaborate!
As a therapist, my goal is to provide a safe, nurturing space for children to express themselves through play, while guiding parents through the complexities of child development and emotional health. I understand how challenging it can be to navigate your child’s emotional world, especially when issues like anxiety, behavioral struggles, or ADHD are at play. My role is to empower both you and your child to build stronger connections, foster emotional resilience, and find practical solutions for the challenges you face.

With years of experience working with children of all ages, I combine evidence-based therapeutic techniques with a compassionate approach to create an environment where both children and parents feel heard, understood, and supported. Whether your child is struggling with emotional regulation, social skills, or ADHD-related challenges, I am here to help guide you every step of the way.

In addition to play therapy, I work closely with you to provide strategies, tools, and resources that support your child’s growth and well-being. My work is rooted in a deep respect for the unique needs of every child, and I strive to make therapy a positive, empowering experience for the entire family.
I have a strong academic foundation that fuels my passion for supporting children and families. I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Child Learning & Development from the University of Texas at Dallas, where I gained a deep understanding of child behavior, cognitive development, and the ways in which people learn and grow.

Afterward, I pursued my Master’s in Counseling at Southern Methodist University. During my graduate studies, I focused on honing my therapeutic skills in play therapy and child development and served as president on various counseling-focused student boards and groups. My academic training has provided me with the tools and knowledge to offer effective support to children dealing with emotional, behavioral, and developmental challenges.

This educational journey, combined with my ongoing professional development as an ADHD Certified Clinical Service Provider (ADHD-CCSP), allows me to bring both expertise and empathy to my work with families. Every step of my career has been driven by a desire to understand and support children in the most meaningful ways possible.
